"Holding Up Better Than My Other Bags"
I’ve been using my Lug bag every day for a few months now, it’s been great. The zippers haven’t stuck once or come off track, which is more than I can say for a couple of other bags I’ve owned. It still feels reliable and easy to use, so I’m happy with it.

"Good deals, but I double-checked everything"
The sale prices were actually good, better than I expected. I was a little suspicious at first because some of the discounts seemed almost too good, so I checked a few items against other stores. Turns out the prices were legit, and I ended up feeling good about what I paid.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color bag from luglife, so I had to do an exchange. The process was straightforward, and I was able to get the new one without any major hassle. It did take a few days longer than I thought it would, which was a little annoying, but customer service DID reply to my email and helped me out. Overall, it was a good experience, just not the fastest.

"Lots of pockets, in a good way"
I got a Lug bag for work and also like little short trips, and the storage is the thing I like most. It has a place for almost everything, but somehow it doesn’t become that weird bottomless bag situation. I’ve been putting in my wallet, charger, snacks, makeup pouch, and even a light sweater, and it still feels organized. The pockets make it easy to find stuff quick, which I appreciate a lot. I’m really happy with it.

"Cute patterns, but choosing took forever"
I liked the pattern options on luglife a lot, there are plenty of cute ones without everything looking too loud or over the top. it took me longer than I had patience for to pick one because there were so many I liked. A couple of the colors looked a bit different in person than they did online, which was a little annoying, but overall I’m still happy with what I got.

"Comfy straps that actually stay put"
I bought a Lug bag the straps have been one of my favorite parts. I’m particular about bags because I expect them to be comfortable and not constantly slide off my shoulder. These are easy to adjust, stay in place, and feel good even when I’m carrying it around all day.

"I thought the bag looked decent…"
I thought the bag looked decent at first, but after wearing it for a while, the straps really start to dig into your shoulders. It’s okay if you’re just carrying it around for a short time, but if you plan on walking much with it, you’ll probably feel it quickly.

I just used this on a weekend trip, so it’s fresh in my mind, and it worked really well. The pockets were super handy for keeping little things easy to grab, and it fit under the seat without any hassle. The only thing I noticed was the zipper felt a little stiff, but overall I’m happy with it so far
